Terms of Service

By signing up for EZProtest, you agree to the following terms regarding your property tax appeal representation.

1. Authorization

By completing our enrollment funnel and signing Form 50-162, you appoint EZProtest as your exclusive property tax agent for the designated tax year.

2. Contingency Fee Agreement

You agree to pay EZProtest 25% of the estimated property tax savings generated as a direct result of our appeal. If no reduction in the assessed value is achieved, you owe us nothing. Invoices are due within 30 days of the protest completion.

3. Cancellation

You may revoke our authorization at any time before your protest hearing has taken place by contacting support or revoking the authorization directly with your CAD. If a reduction has already been secured, the contingency fee remains due.
